Travel options for Atlanta & Decatur!

Travel Note

*FRIDAY* WEDDING

Please note our wedding is scheduled for a FRIDAY! Please do not fly in Friday night as you will miss the party. This note is specifically for Grant Lewis.

Travel Note

Stay the weekend!

Since our wedding is on a Friday night, we'd love to spend more time with out of town guests on Saturday! We're planning on organizing a brunch or some kind of informal get-together that day (bar crawl anyone??) - more details to come!

Where to Stay

We know a lot of our friends will be staying in airbnbs instead of hotels, so we opted not to reserve a hotel block. If you prefer to go the hotel route, there are many options: 1. Downtown Decatur -- We recommend staying in the downtown Decatur area if you'd like to be close to the venue and other events. For hotels, there is a Courtyard Marriott and a Hampton Inn & Suites. It's a cute area with walkable restaurants and shops, as well as a MARTA station. We also live near here, so any Saturday activities will happen close by! 2. Hotel Clermont - A boutique hotel 3.5 miles from the venue and is our recommendation if you're looking for a uniquely Atlanta place to stay! It's close to Ponce City Market and the BeltLine. 3. If you're booking an airbnb, we recommend downtown Decatur, Oakhurst, or Kirkwood to stay close to the venue. Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park & Cabbagetown are all fun neighborhoods too and right on the Beltline, just a little further from the wedding weekend action.

For all the days along the way
