Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.
We have room blocks at several hotels to fit different preferences (see the Travel page for the full hotel list and booking links). For a quieter stay, we recommend Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and Home2 Suites by Hilton. Both hotels include free breakfast and free parking. For a downtown experience (walkable to restaurants and nightlife), we recommend Courtyard by Marriott and Amway Grand Plaza. We'll be staying at the Amway Grand Plaza with the wedding party. If you'd like to stay nearby, we'd love for you to book at the Amway or Courtyard, as these hotels are within walking distance of each other.
The closest and only airport in Grand Rapids is Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR). Travel details, including alternative options for guests traveling from Chicago (such as train service), are listed on the Travel page.
Day 1: Black Tie Optional Formal evening attire is encouraged. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as well as dark suits and elegant cocktail dresses. Day 2: Traditional / Cultural Attire Guests are encouraged to wear traditional or cultural attire. If you do not have traditional clothing, feel free to wear something colorful—think vibrant colors and festive formalwear.
Due to limited capacity at our venues, we respectfully request no children on both days.
Your invitation will include details for the event(s) you are invited to attend. We are so grateful to celebrate with you and appreciate your understanding as we thoughtfully plan each day.
