Formal Attire, Black tie optional Kindly avoid wearing burgundy-colored attire. The ceremony will be held on a grassy area, so ladies are advised to consider this when selecting footwear. Formal Attire Definition: Formal attire on an invitation indicates an event more elevated than cocktail but slightly less strict than black tie. Typically for men requiring a suit with a tie or a tuxedo which is acceptable but not required. Typically for women a floor-length dress/sophisticated midi dress. Other alternatives being a dressy pantsuit or formal jumpsuit.

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests be seated by 4:15 PM. Entry into the ceremony space will not be permitted for guests arriving after this time in order to maintain an intimate and uninterrupted atmosphere. We appreciate your understanding. Please also allow sufficient time for parking and walking to the ceremony area.

Is there a shuttle pickup and drop off?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for hotel guests only, with a shuttle service available to and from the event venue. Please note that this service is exclusively for hotel guests and does not operate to any other locations. To assist us in making appropriate arrangements, kindly include your transportation needs when submitting your RSVP.

Can I Uber to and from the venue?

Answer

Uber services may be available to transport you to the venue; however, please be advised that there have been instances of difficulty in securing an Uber transportation at the conclusion of the event. We recommend planning your return arrangements accordingly or carpooling!
