Wedding Day Shuttle

December 18, 2022 3:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Transportation will be provided on the wedding day for our guests. It will pickup from the Wyndham Grand. We have a negotiated rate of $15 for parking at the hotel. Overnight parking is also discounted to $29. 👉🏾Shuttle will arrive at 3pm, and start shuttling guests to the ceremony location, 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. 👉🏾Once the ceremony ends, the shuttle will start shuttling guests to the reception location, 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. 👉🏾The shuttle will start departures from the reception venue, back to the hotel, at 8:30pm. The last departure is 9:30pm. In the event you are not renting a car, or just do not want to drive on the wedding day, it is imperative you RSVP so that we may reserve the right size shuttle. DRINK RESPONSIBLY! PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!

Located 21 miles from Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach. PIE is located 13 miles from Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach. While this airport is slightly closer, it is up and coming, so you might do better flying into TPA.
