We have a "guest attire" tab for you to reference for the events. We'd love for everyone to join in on our all white / linen attire for the welcome dinner and our all black, black tie / formal attire for the wedding.
We have put together a "travel and accomodation" tab with recommendations that were given to us by locals. There are a lot of airbnb options as well. Try looking in between Gambassi Terme and Certaldo. So many beautiful and affordable options in the area. We recommend you stay about 20 minutes or less away from La Torre so it won't be a long travel for the events.
Truly your presence is the best gift we could ask for! If you so choose to gift, we've set up a honeymoon fund (one gifting with Venmo and one gifting with a credit card) that will go towards our honeymoon in Greece. Please do not feel the need to give as you have decided to travel far to celebrate with us!
Both the welcome party and wedding day will be outdoors all around the villa - there is grass, pebble rocks, etc.
You can always rent a car at/near the airport where you fly in. If you do rent a car, you will have more freedom to drive around the region easier. You can also use the train system which is a great asset. There are taxi services around as well.
