Question

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception will be inside. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

The venue has a large gravel parking lot that can fit plenty of cars.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! Children are more than welcome to attend!

Question

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can head right over to the patio and atrium of Woodward Hall for Social Hour immediately following the ceremony. There will be light appetizers and refreshments available during this time along with games and family pictures. Dinner will follow along with dancing and plenty of desserts!

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

We are so excited to have Hoggy's catering our special day. There will be barbecue pork and brisket along with jackfruit for our vegetarian friends. There will be several choices for sides including vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure to accommodate you.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click the RSVP button at the top of this page to RSVP online! Please respond by April 18.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

While your presence on our special day is more than enough, if you are looking for gift ideas we have registered at several stores including Zola, Amazon, Walmart, and Target. If you click on the Registry tab at the top of the website, it will take you to our Registry page. Zola has its own storefront so you can buy items straight from the website or use the links to go to any of the other stores that are listed.

Question

When will the reception end?

Answer

We plan to have things wind down around 9:30. Seeing as it will be on a weekday, we want to respect your time and get everyone home at a decent hour.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The venue is mostly wheelchair accessible but there are some places where it may be a little difficult to navigate with one. There is a gravel parking lot and the ceremony site is a short walk down a dirt path from the parking area. We will have a golf cart available to assist any guests that would like a ride to the ceremony and reception areas.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30, but you can arrive as early as 4:00 if you would like some time to look around and find your seat before the fun begins.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Take this as your chance to get dressed up for the night! For women this can mean party dresses or pantsuits and for men this could be a suit and tie or sports coat and dress shirt.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony (we've hired an awesome photographer who will be taking care of it!) but feel free to take and post pictures during the reception!

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience

Question

Where are the restrooms at the venue?

Answer

We know that getting to the venue will be a long ride for some of you so we feel that the restroom situation is important to know about ahead of time! There are multiple restrooms at the venue, including inside the atrium of Woodward Hallam and 2 inside the main room at Woodward Hall. There are also restrooms located next to the Pavilion. We will have signs posted with directions so just follow the arrows!
