This Location will be the closest to the venue as it is on property! Keep in mind, these rooms fill up quick since it is a smaller hotel. The property is gorgeous and right down the road from Monticello! Rates range from $474/night to $609/night

This is the closest airport to our venue and hotels but keep in mind that it is a regional airport so it might be a bit pricier than a larger airport

This is the closest international Airport and will most likely be cheaper than flying regional. However, keep in mind that it is an hour from Charlottesville.

Wedding Transportation

We will be providing a shuttle from the Omni Hotel Charlottesville to our Wedding Ceremony/Reception. There will be two shuttles available: Both 47 seat capacity passenger Coaches. Please keep in mind that there is no service heading out to the venue and it is quite easy to get lost. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND UTILIZING THE SHUTTLE! The shuttle will make one initial trip at 4:30pm and 2 night trips on the way back (9pm and 11pm) BUS PICK UP AND STAGING LOCATION is at the WATER STREET BUS STOP at the entrance to the Downtown Mall. This location is a brick terrace with a public bus stop on the right side of Water Street, approximately 200 yards after the bus crosses 2nd Street SW heading West. Approaching Water Street Pickup location from Interstate 64 Eastbound.
