Charlottesville is famous for its wineries and not going to one while you visit is practically a sin. While of course our guests will already be experiencing a great winery on our wedding day, we wanted to list one other option that is also one of our favorites. Pippin Hill Farm is absolutely beautiful and the wine couldnt be more Instagrammable! We HIGHLY recommend!
While the outside of this restaurant may look shabby, the inside is definitely chic. Named one of the best restaurants in town, this French-country cuisine dining experience is top tier. from the tender steaks cooked in truffle butter to the delectable Crème Bruleè for dessert; this place never fails to impress.
The First Trip Thomas and I took together was to Charlottesville. We visited a ton of cute shops and the famous downtown but this brewery was our favorite stop. This brewery is so unique and made of old shipping containers. The have multiple bars, outdoor food vendors, and live music. Its a fun spot for a warm summer day.
If you are looking for a nightlife spot for Friday night or to continue the festivities after the wedding, Trinity Irish Pub is your spot. Rated one of the best nightlife scenes in Charlottesville, this Pub is sure to be a good time.
For those looking for a party and a sports bar with cheap food and cheaper drinks, Boylan Heights is your spot. For all my Hokie Birds, think of this place as the TOTS of Charlottesville. Its at the bottom of this list because its bottom of the barrel.
