Welcome to Stanley!

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We’re kicking off the weekend with a Welcome Party at the Ranch. Join us for cocktails and light bites right at the base of the Sawtooths as we ease into the weekend.

Food & Drink: We’ll have light bites, desserts and drinks, but we recommend grabbing a full dinner beforehand (check out the Things To Do page for our favorite places to eat in Stanley!) What to Wear: Sundresses, jeans, and button-downs are perfect for the welcome party. And don’t forget a layer—the mountain air cools off quickly after sunset! Transportation: Shuttles will be provided for guests traveling to and from Stanley. Sit back, enjoy the views, and let the mountains do the driving! We’ll provide more information on exact departure times closer to the date.

The Wedding Day

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

The moment we’re all waiting for! We’ll gather at the stunning Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch to celebrate. Join us for a heartfelt ceremony overlooking the peaks, followed by cocktails on the lawn, dinner under the stars, and dancing into the night.

Attire: Formal Our dress code is formal, so think suits, dresses, or jumpsuits. Since we’re celebrating on a ranch, you’re welcome to add a little Western-inspired touch if that feels fun for you. Just keep things feeling elevated rather than costume-like so the vibe stays formal and festive! Transportation: Shuttles will be provided for guests traveling to and from Stanley. Take a Dip!

Our venue has a beautiful natural hot spring that flows into a pool right beside the Salmon River. Come relax in the warm spring water with us and shake off your hangover!

You are welcome to use the hot pool at any time throughout the weekend, but Haley & Zach will aim to be down there around 12pm on Sunday to say hi and hang out with whoever stops by around then!
