Welcome Event

Casual, Beach Attire

Welcome guests! Do not forget your swim suit, sunscreen, and maybe even a hat, or beach towel. Sam & Haley’s welcome party will be at Sunset Beach with Arenamar SunBay’s Cafe catering as guests arrive! This will be a time to gather together and celebrate with their locally known coconut rum drinks in an actual coconut, as well as pina coladas right in our hands! After a long day of travel, Sunset beach will be the perfect place for us all to join Haley and Sam and begin the festivities for the next few days!

Rehearsal Dinner

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Semi formal and comfortable. Dress, shorts, button down short sleeve.

Please join us at Tin Box Vieques to celebrate the night before the wedding. This restaurant will host the rehearsal dinner with a delicious meal catered by the same chef who will cater the wedding. There is plenty of space for us all to gather here and taste some amazing food right on the island of Vieques! *It is important to note that this is not walking distance from where most guests are staying. If you are renting a car it will be important to car pool. We may figure out a shuttle system as the day comes closer*

Ceremony

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal, Semi formal, beach vibe attire. Comfortable it will be hot!

Please join Haley and Sam’s ceremony at the Encantada Villa, where they will get married right out front with beach views! After the brief ceremony the reception will follow right at the villa. There will be dancing with DJ Paul, signature drinks, and good times the entire evening. Please bring a bathing suit if you would like to use the pool as the party continues throughout the night!
