Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village
While guests will have the opportunity to explore the museum during our reception, it certainly deserves a trip on its own (and we'd hate to miss you on the dance floor!). You can also visit Greenfield Village, which is located on the same property as the museum and has nearly 100 historic buildings that have been relocated and/or reconstructed.
Lafayette vs American Coney Island
No trip to the Detroit area would be complete without weighing in on who serves the better hot dog: Lafayette or American. Located side by side in downtown Detroit, you can get a hot dog loaded with chili from each restaurant and decide which is better for yourself! For a full Detroit experience, enjoy your food in Campus Martius park or along the Detroit Riverwalk - both of which are just a short walk away from the restaurants.
Belle Isle
Belle Isle is a 2.5 mile long island park located in the Detroit River. It has a lot of attractions including a conservatory, aquarium, giant slide, beach, driving range, kayak and bike rental, and much more!
