Flight

Grand Junction Regional Airport (GJT), Grand Junction, CO

This airport is slightly larger than Moab and will likely have better flight options. One possibility of course is flying into GJ and staying a night there before renting a car and driving to Moab. This is a 1 hour, 35 minute drive to Moab. About 2 hours to Whispering Oaks, our venue. Click the link below to see more info about transportation to and from Grand Junction. Your best bet is to rent a car, but there are a few companies that provide shuttles.

Canyonlands Field Airport (CNY), Moab

Flight options are extremely limited to this small, regional airport. However it might be worth taking a look. This is the closest airport, just 20 minutes north of Moab. There are flights from Phoenix daily and from SLC on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Contour Airlines and RedTail Air.

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)

Another option if you're up for a scenic road trip is to fly into Salt Lake. This will have the best flight options and even direct flights from Philadelphia. However please keep in mind you will be in for a 3.5 hour drive to Moab (about 4 hour 15 minutes to Whispering Oaks, our venue).

Shuttle Information

The best option will be to rent a car in Grand Junction. There are multiple car rental companies. There are a handful of companies that run shuttles from Grand Junction airport to locations in Moab and beyond. Click the link below to view different options.

Camping!

We encourage all those who are up for it to camp. This is a large BLM spot that we plan to stake out for the weekend. About a 10 minute walk to Whispering Oaks. There is also some camping around the property. If you want to party the night away with us, we recommend this option :). Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. We are here to help with planning and happy to provide any beta.

Red Cliffs Lodge

We have a handful of 2-bedroom cabins reserved at Red Cliffs Lodge. This is also where the welcome party is happening on Friday night. These cabins can sleep up to 6 people so are great to share with friends and family. Each cabin has a private deck overlooking the Colorado River with stunning views!
