Below, we have provided a wide variety of travel recommendations for various interests and preferences. There is a hotel block option we're offering as well as additional lodging recommendations for if the block fills up or if you and your party wish to stay elsewhere. PLEASE book your lodging ASAP as our wedding falls on a busy holiday weekend. We have written notes about the uniqueness of each lodging option to help you decide which best suits your preferences. Flight

Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO)

This is our recommendation for which airport to fly into! The Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is the closest international airport to the venue and offers several on-site rental car options. It is about an hour and a half scenic drive from the RNO airport to the venue :)

Walker River Lodge

This is our number one recommendation for lodging. The Walker River Lodge is only half a mile from the venue, just a short two minute drive! This charming inn offers a variety of different rustic style room configurations and is right along the river. We have reserved 35 rooms as part of the hotel block. Be sure to call to book a room and mention that you are a part of the Jordan-Weber wedding to recieve 10% off their standard rates. You cannot book a room within the hotel block online. We recommend that you book rooms ASAP as our wedding falls on Memorial Weekend.

The Westin Monache Resort, Mammoth

If you are wanting to make a vacation out of your trip to Bridgeport, California, we recommend staying at the Westin Monache Resort in Mammoth, CA. The Westin Monache Resort is a beautiful ski lodge resort with various suite configurations. This is where the wedding party will be staying! This resort is about a fifty-five minute drive to the venue, so please plan accordingly. This resort is not associated with our hotel block, but offers a discount for AAA or Marriott Bonvoy members. This resort will sell out as it is a highly desired destination, so please book ASAP.

The Ruby Inn is not associated with our wedding block, but it is another option for those looking for lodging close to the venue. If the Walker River Lodge fills up and your priority is being a short distance to the venue, this would be our next recommendation. They are aware of the wedding and are offering discounted rates for booking via phone call.

The Village Lodge Mammoth

If you are looking for a larger space to book for you and your family, this is our recommendation! The Village Lodge in Mammoth offers 1-3 bedroom condos and townhouses that you can rent. The Village Lodge is not associated with our wedding block, and it is about a fifty-five minute drive to our wedding venue, so please plan accordingly.

California Vacation

We are so excited for our loved ones that are flying out to celebrate with us and planning a California vacation! Hailey has grown up going camping each year in Bridgeport with her family, so the location holds a very special and sentimental place in her heart. We hope you can make time to enjoy the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains and see some favorite destinations. We highly recommend exploring Yosemite National Park or spending some time around Lake Tahoe.
