When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by January 6th, 2027 so we can make sure you’re accounted for. The sooner, the better!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, cocktail attire! Men are encouraged to wear a suit (tie optional but welcome), and women a knee-length to midi dress, dressy jumpsuit, or suit. The venue is a garden with both paved and unpaved paths, so thicker heels or flats are a great choice.

What will the weather be like in February?
Answer
The weather in Phoenix is typically sunny and mild this time of year! Daytime temperatures are usually in the 70s, but the desert can cool down a bit once the sun sets, with evening temperatures in the 40s–50s. Rain is unlikely, but we recommend dressing in layers and checking the forecast closer to the date to help with final outfit planning.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors. We recommend keeping the weather in mind and dressing accordingly so you’re comfortable throughout the evening.

Is everything at the same location?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony and reception will take place at the Dorrance Center within the Desert Botanical Garden, so you won’t need to travel between locations. There is complimentary parking at the venue.

Where in the garden is the ceremony/reception space?
Answer
The Dorrance Center is located within the Desert Botanical Garden, just a few minutes’ walk from the garden entrance. There will be directional signage from Admissions to the ceremony/reception location, so please be sure to follow the signs with our names on them once you arrive. Maps will also be available to help guide you. If you have any mobility concerns, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange a scooter or wheelchair for you!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and get settled, including time to walk to the ceremony/reception space within the garden. We recommend arriving no later than 4:00 PM for the 4:30 PM ceremony start.

Are we allowed to roam the venue?
Answer
Yes! You’ll have complimentary access to the garden for the entire day of the wedding. We encourage you to take advantage of it — the garden is one of our favorite spots in Phoenix! Feel free to arrive a bit earlier to explore, or visit in the morning before getting ready for the ceremony.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration, aside from the children of immediate family. We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation and the RSVP list attend our wedding. We hope you can use the evening as an opportunity to relax and enjoy a date night with us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Plus ones are extended by invitation only. If your significant other is invited, their name will be listed on your invitation and included on the RSVP list. Thank you for your understanding!
