7:30 AM- Motorcoach will be picking up the groom, the groomsmen, the groom's parents, the bride and groom's grandparents from Disney's All Star Movies Resort (building TBD) to the lobby of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. 8:30 AM- Motorcoach will pick up guests at Disney's All Star Movies Resort (building TBD) and transport them to Disney's Wedding Pavilion. Please arrive 10 minutes early. 9:15-9:20 AM- Motorcoach will pick up bridesmaids & bride's family and transport to Disney's Wedding Pavilion. 10:30 AM- Motorcoach will take guests from the Wedding Pavilion to Disney's Contemporary Resort. 10:50 AM- Motorcoach will take bridal party & family from Disney's Wedding Pavilion to Disney's Contemporary Resort 3:10 PM- Motorcoach to depart Disney's Contemporary Resort and transport guests to Disney's All Star Movies Resort Motorcoach will be available for early departures 45 min into each hour.
Flight
The closest airport to Walt Disney World is Orlando International Airport. Transportation to and from the airport is included if you stay at any of Disney World's Resort Hotels, but registration is necessary. Upon arrival, Take the train from your arrival gate to the main terminal, disembarking on Level 3. You will need to claim your luggage on Level 2 before proceeding to Disney’s Magical Express service, located in the Ground Transportation Area in Terminal B, Level 1. Guests claiming their luggage in Terminal A of the airport must return to Level 3 to cross to Terminal B before continuing to Level 1. Motorcoaches depart continuously, but a wait may occur. Your travel time is 45-75 minutes as the motorcoach will make multiple stops before arriving at your hotel. Information will be provided for your return trip back to the airport by Disney.

The hotel includes transportation to and from Orlando International Airport, and transportation to and from the parks.
