Rehearsal

Beach/Resort Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, sun dresses, khakis, polos, dress tops, and sandals.
We will be meeting for our rehearsal at Disney's Wedding Pavilion at 11:30 a.m. The bride and groom request that our immediate family be present at this event. If you are taking an Uber or Lyft, please have them drop you off at Disney's Wedding Pavilion. If you are taking Disney's transportation, please take Disney's bus from your resort hotel to Magic Kingdom, and take either the boat or monorail to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Please see the map above and in the 'photos' tab to help direct you to the Pavilion. As always, if you need any additional help, please feel free to ask a Cast Member for directions.
Rehearsal Lunch

Please join us for our Luau Rehearsal Lunch! Luau Beach is to the right of Disney's Wedding Pavilion. If you're driving your own car, you may park in Disney's Wedding Pavilion parking lot or at Disney's Polynesian Resort. If you're coming from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, walk through the main building and exit out of the back doors towards the outer buildings. Turn right and follow the path towards the Pavilion. Continue on the pathway as you pass the Pavilion on your left towards the beach. If you're coming from Disney's Polynesian Resort, walk through the main building and walk out the back doors towards the buildings. Once outside, turn left follow the pathway towards Luau Cove. Once you see the beach, you have arrived. Please see 'photo's tab for a map to the Grand Floridian Resort and the Polynesian Resort. A map of Disney's Grand Floridian, that includes Disney's Wedding Pavilion, Sago Cay Pointe and Luau Beach is provided above

The Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The Wedding Pavilion is at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early. After 9:30 a.m., guests will not be allowed to enter the Pavilion until after the bride walks down the aisle. Parking is available at Disney's Wedding Pavilion. If you're staying at Disney's All Star Movies Resort, Disney's All Star Music Resort, or Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, a private motor coach will be provided to take you from your resort hotel, to the ceremony location, and the reception location. After the reception, the motor coach will take guests back to their resort hotel. Please see the travel section for exact shuttle times and locations.
The Reception

California Grill is located on the 15th floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort. A motor coach will be available to transport you from Disney's Wedding Pavilion to Disney's Contemporary Resort for the reception. After the reception, the motor coach will transport guests back to the All Star Movies Resort, All Star Music, and Coronado Springs Resort. The motor coach will be available 45 minutes into each hour for early departures. A map of The Contemporary Resort will be included in the 'photo's tab of our wedding website.
Fireworks Dessert Party
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Resort Wear: Polos, Nice Dress Shirts, Khaki Shorts or Pants for men. Sun Dresses, Nice Pants or Shorts and a Dressy Shirt for Women. There will be pictures taken at this event, so please do not wear anything you do not want to be photographed in :)
There will be savory food as well as desserts! Please come hungry! Please note, Transportation will not be provided for this event. Ubers and Lyft's, as well as Taxi Cabs, are widely available or you can take Disney's bus to the Magic Kingdom and take the ferry or monorail to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. If you are utilizing Disney's transportation system, please give yourself 1-1.5 hours to get to your intended location. If you are taking a Taxi, Uber or Lyft, please give yourself 45 minutes to an hour to get to your intended location. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early as you will have to walk through the resort to get to Sago Cay. A map of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort can be found under the 'photos' tab on our wedding website. A map that includes Sago Cay Point is at the top of the 'schedule' tab on our wedding website.
