Gwen and Kyle’s story began in 2018 at Sundance Bowling Alley, where they both worked during high school. Over the years, Kyle was Gwen’s biggest supporter at countless dance competitions and performances, while the two of them made many trips back and forth just to spend time together and create memories, even through the challenges of long distance. Gwen learned to embrace Kyle’s love of fishing, hunting, and cabin weekends, while Kyle joined Gwen in adventures like traveling and exploring new places. One of their favorite experiences was a spontaneous trip to Ireland in 2023—originally chosen because it cost the same as flying to Florida! After four years of Gwen’s nursing studies, a year and a half working in Rochester, and Kyle pursuing his dream to become an electrician, the couple finally ended the long-distance chapter in 2023 when Gwen moved back to the Twin Cities. They settled into Kyle’s family home and now share their lives with two beloved dogs, Elsie and Otis. Today, Kyle and Gwen love traveling, spending time with friends, planning fun weekends, and enjoying the life they’ve built together.
