Join us on Friday night to kick off the wedding festivities! We'll be serving up plenty of pizza, and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. This is the perfect chance for everyone to mix, mingle, and get to know each other before the big celebration. Incendiary Brewing is located in the Coal Pit at Bailey Power Plant Complex. It is a 5 minute walk from the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel and 10 minute walk from the Hampton Inn & Suites. We suggest those who may have trouble walking or using stairs park on Patterson Avenue along Bailey Park and enter the complex at ground level near the smokestack.

2:30 pm - Shuttle leaves the Kimpton Cardinal Hotel, Doors Open at Nana-Mac Meadows 3:30 pm - Ceremony 4:00 pm - Cocktail Hour 5:00 pm - Reception 5:30 pm - Dinner is Served! 6:30 pm - Group Photo 8:45 pm - Early Shuttle leaves Nana-Mac Meadows 9:30 pm - Reception Ends 9:45 pm - Last Shuttle leaves Nana-Mac Meadows There will be refreshments available before the ceremony begins. We encourage everyone to arrive a bit early to reconnect with friends and family! The ceremony and reception will take place in the same location. Guests will need to walk on gravel at the entrance and grass in the ceremony seating area. Otherwise, all areas are paved and there are no stairs.
After Party
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm
If you aren't ready to say goodnight, we recommend making your way to Roar (about a 10 minute walk from our hotels). With an arcade, self-serve beer wall, and rooftop bar, it’s the perfect spot to end the night. We may be right there with you or heading off for some much-needed rest, but we’d love for the party to continue without us!

Morning After Goodbye

We'll be hanging out in the Kimpton Cardinal lobby in the morning with donuts and well wishes for all our departing guests. If you didn't get a chance to say goodbye Saturday night, we'd love to see you one more time before you hit the road.
