Question

By when do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 12, 2025. If you need to make a change to your RSVP, please do so on the website or contact the couple as soon as possible to ensure that we have an appropriate guest count for all events!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a +1 or specifies a guest, then they are 100% invited to join our special weekend. All invited guests will have their names included within the RSVP tab. If there is no specified guest & the invitation is made out solely to you, then we kindly ask that you do not bring a guest so we can keep our celebration intimate among close friends and family! Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be having children attend the ceremony or reception. The only children in attendance will be our family members. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Medellín, known as the "City of Eternal Spring", enjoys year-round temperatures ranging from the mid-60s (early morning and nighttime, especially in the mountains) to the low-80s (mainly in the afternoon). Since our wedding ceremony is in the mountains, please bring a light jacket or shawl/wrap if you get cold easily.

Question

What is the best way to get around in Medellín?

Answer

The best way to get from place to place is Uber, taxi, or renting a car! Getting an Uber in Colombia is just as easy as getting one here in the US (but thankfully, less expensive!). Remember to exchange some US dollars (USD) for Colombian Pesos (COP) at the airport to use for low-ticket items, paying for taxis, and tipping. See our "Travel Tips" section for more details!

Question

Is there a dress code? What do I wear?

Answer

The dress code for Thursday's welcome party is COCKTAIL ATTIRE, and the dress code for Saturday's wedding is FORMAL. Examples listed below. For all events, please kindly avoid wearing white or any color that may be mistaken for white. We invite you to have fun with colors & patterns to really celebrate being in Colombia! - Cocktail Attire: Upscale chic, but not too formal. This can include dresses, jumpsuits, and 2-piece sets for women, and button-down shirts or polos with pants for men. - Formal Attire: Ankle- to floor-length dresses for women, and suits for men.

Question

Is there a complimentary shuttle to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a complimentary shuttle that is picking up at both The Click Clack Hotel and the Blues Suites Medellín on the day of our wedding. The shuttle will take guests to the wedding ceremony and then back to their hotels later that night. Other options include taking an Uber, taxi, private transport, or driving — there is parking available at the wedding venue. Please visit the "Hotel & Shuttle Info" tab for more details.
