Shuttle to Iron Manor (Pre-Ceremony): A shuttle has been arranged to transport guests from Margaritaville Resort to Iron Manor. The shuttle will be available to start loading guests at approximately 4:00 pm and leave at 4:15 pm sharp. The shuttle will be located outside the main entrance of the resort next to the conference center. The shuttle will only be making one trip to Iron Manor before the wedding. Shuttle to Margaritaville Resort (Post-Reception): A shuttle has been arranged to transport guests from Iron Manor to Margaritaville. The shuttle will leave Iron Manor after the Grand Exit and all guests have boarded the shuttle, approximately 11:15 pm. This is the only trip the shuttle will make back to Margaritaville. ***For guest checking into Margaritaville on Sunday, January 14, we recommend contacting the resort ahead of time to see about early check-in. Standard resort check-in is 4:00 pm, which is the same time the shuttle will start to load for transportation to Iron Manor.***

Margaritaville Lake Conroe
Margaritaville Lake Conroe will be the recommended hotel for the wedding as a room block has been set up for wedding guests. Guests will need to call the resort directly ay (936) 448-4400 to book within our room block and receive the discounted rate. Please reference the discount code (F/GWRB913) or "Fernandez/Guthrie Wedding". A shuttle will be provided to take guest to and from the venue for the wedding. The hotel is 11.5 miles from the venue. Margaritaville offers lakeview suites starting at $199 per night, or Lake Cottages starting at $299 per night. Lake Cottages without a loft include a king master bedroom and a pull-out sleeper. Lake Cottages with a loft include a master king bedroom, a pull-out sleeper, and two additional full beds in the loft. Lake Cottages are within walking distance of the main resort. Additional hotel options are in the area. Please keep in mind that a shuttle service to the venue will not be provided for any other hotels other than Margaritaville. Guest will be responsible for their own transportation.

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)
For those guest flying into Houston, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) will be the closet airport to the recommended hotel (Margaritaville Lake Conroe - 46.5 miles) and venue (Iron Manor - 47.8 miles). We recommend flying into IAH for less travel time after arrival. For guest flying into William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), please keep in mind you will have a longer travel time to the recommended hotel (Margaritaville Lake Conroe - 65.9 miles) and venue (Iron Manor - 67 miles).
