When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP online or by mail when you receive your invitation. The last day to RSVP is December 1, 2023 as this is the last date to provide a headcount for our Venue. Any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No". Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a guest option on your RSVP you are more than welcome to bring a date. Please confirm your date when you RSVP. If you do not have a guest options we ask that you do not bring a guest as our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will not be able to accommodate any additional guests that are not on our list. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are only welcome if their name was included on your invitation. We ask that you do not bring your kids if they are not included on your RSVP as we will not be able to accommodate them. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive at least 20-minutes before our 5:00 pm ceremony time. This will give us plenty of time to be on schedule and help our guest that may need extra assistance finding their seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal/Semi-Formal. Although not expected to wear a floor-length gown, women may wear a fancy cocktail dress, dressy pantsuit, or below-the-knee dress. Men are asked to wear a suit.

Can I take picture or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired both a photographer and videographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your phone during the ceremony. Although we appreciate that you might want to take your own pictures or videos we kindly as you respect our decision.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided at Margaritaville Lake Conroe to take guest to and from the venue for the wedding. The shuttle will run from TBD-TBD prior to the wedding and TBD-TBD after the wedding. The hotel is 11.5 miles from the venue. Guests that are staying at any of the other additional hotel options will be responsible for their own transportation. A shuttle service to the venue will not be provided for any of the additional hotels.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Iron Manor has plenty of onsite parking for guests who are driving themselves to the venue.
