Breanna and Gustavo’s love story is a serendipitous journey that began on a sunny July weekend in Munich. We owe our heartfelt thanks to Afroditi, Antigoni, Laila, and Tanima, whose lack of plans set the stage for this beautiful encounter. Within a mere 15 hours, Breanna and Gustavo spontaneously decided to meet for coffee at Ostbahnhof, Munich's East Train Station. From there, they strolled north-west in search of the perfect coffee shop. Just ten minutes into their walk and amidst casual conversation, they stumbled upon a charming, hole-in-the-wall coffee shop called Coffee Box, nestled between Max Weber Platz and Rosenheimer Platz. Gustavo enjoyed an espresso, and Breanna savored a Cafe Latte—these were, without a doubt, the best coffees they had ever tasted in Munich. After hours of delightful conversation, the pair decided to continue their day by stopping at Müller, a stationery and convenience store, to find glue for Breanna’s beloved wallet. With Gustavo’s help, Breanna found the right glue, and from that moment on, they were inseparable. Through numerous ups and downs, including the challenges of expatriate life, work-life balance, and social changes, they have been each other's steadfast support—like the perfect glue binding them together. Today, Breanna and Gustavo continue to cherish their love for good coffee and traveling the world together.
