We are no longer accepting online RSVPs. If you did not RSVP in time, or need to change your status, please contact Paige or TJ directly.
We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only affair. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax, celebrate, and have some fun with us!
Pagosa Springs is limited when it comes to public transportation and ride-sharing, so we want to make getting home as smooth as possible. You’re welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, but please note it MUST be picked up by 9:00 AM on Sunday. We will also have a small number of shuttle vans available at the end of the night to take guests back to nearby hotels and Airbnbs. Seats are limited (56 total), so please plan accordingly and consider this an option rather than a guarantee. There will be 4 vans (14 persons per van) that will arrive to Paradise Ranch at 10:15pm and depart at 10:45pm. If you plan to use the vans, please contact Paige directly at (909) 732-7380 prior to May 26th and let her know how many seats you will need, and the address you will need to be dropped off at. Any remaining seats after May 26th will be first come, first serve until they run out. If you anticipate using the vans, please consider coordinating or carpooling with others so you have a way to get back to the venue the next morning to retrieve your vehicle. Again, any vehicles left at the venue MUST be retrieved by 9:00am on the morning of Sunday, May 31st.
May in Pagosa Springs is usually mild and sunny, with daytime highs in the upper 60s to low 70s and chilly evenings that can dip into the 30s. Spring weather in the mountains can change quickly, so we recommend dressing in layers and being prepared for anything from sunshine to a light rain—or even a surprise snow flurry! Our wedding will be entirely outdoors. We will eat under a pavilion for dinner and there is a covered dance hall.
Friday’s welcome event will be BYO beer, wine, and seltzers. Feel free to bring your favorite drinks to kick off the weekend. We will have non-alcoholic beverages and water available on both days. On the big day, we’ll have an open bar serving beer and wine during the reception. Please note that the venue has a strict no-shots policy, and we will not be serving hard liquor at any time. Thanks for helping us keep the celebration fun and safe for everyone!
The Ranch House and Bunk House are reserved exclusively for the wedding party. There are designated public restrooms available to all guests.
Throughout Friday night and Saturday, we plan to greet and spend time with each of you, so don’t worry if you miss a formal farewell. Once the drinks are flowing and the dance floor is full, feel free to slip out whenever you're ready. Consider it our blessing to pull an Irish exit and head off with happy hearts and tired feet!
