5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Mountain Casual
After our rehearsal dinner, we’d love for you to join us for a casual welcome party! Expect games, mingling, and relaxed backyard fun. BYOB. Beer, wine, seltzers are welcome but please no shots (venue policy, altitude’s fault!). We will have water and some light snacks available. Mountain casual is relaxed, stylish, and outdoor-ready. Think sundresses, nice jeans or slacks, button-downs, sweaters, and boots or flats. Basically, what you’d wear to a laid-back gathering in the mountains.
4:00 pm - 10:45 pm
Mountain Formal, you're in the Rockies!
After the ceremony, please join us right here at the venue for dinner, an open bar with beer and wine, and an evening of dancing. For attire think elevated, not overdressed! Mountain formal means polished outfits that still work in an outdoor or rustic setting. For women: cocktail or maxi dresses with wedges or dressy boots. For men: suits or sport coats with dress shoes or boots. Layers are smart (mountain weather can change fast!), and heels that sink in grass or gravel aren’t your friend. Color-wise, earth tones and nature-inspired hues fit beautifully. Think forest green, deep burgundy, navy, slate blue, rust, taupe, or jewel tones. Avoid overly bright neons or super casual prints. Dress to impress, but be ready for the elements!
