Can I bring a guest (or my kids)?

Answer

If your invitation said "and guest" then yes! Otherwise, we'd prefer if it was just you.

Are there any COVID-19 restrictions?

Answer

While infection rates of COVID-19 in the Northeast remain low, we want to make sure we’re taking precautions so people can relax and feel safe that weekend. Accordingly, please email TheHarlemBrills@gmail.com to send proof of vaccination or, if unvaccinated, copies of a negative PCR COVID test taken within 3 days of our wedding (i.e., Wednesday, September 29 or later).

How do I select my dinner for the reception?

Answer

Please email TheHarlemBrills@gmail.com by Monday, September 6 with a meal choice for everyone in your party (i.e., everyone on your invitation) and any food allergies: Cod basquaise - wild caught Icelandic cod loin, savory Spanish braised peppers; Seven hour leg of lamb - slow braised, fork tender, and served with feta mashed potatoes; or Moroccan vegetable tagine (vegetarian) - couscous, dates, and seven vegetables.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail casual -- we want people to be comfortable (and most importantly, to be themselves). Something as simple as a sundress or khakis is totally fine. But don't let us hold you back! Up-dressing is welcome.

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

We will have a school bus (with air conditioning) picking up folks at Hotel Dylan and bringing them to the venue around 3:00 PM, and a school bus to take folks back to Hotel Dylan around 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM when the reception ends (or, for braver souls, to the afterparty). We will have a late bus around midnight to take folks from the after party back to Hotel Dylan.
