Emma and Jack are so excited to have you here to help them celebrate this new chapter! During the summer of 2020, Emma and Jack met online. After putting in some work: taking Emma on picnics, watching Twilight, and making millionaire shortbread, Jack asked Emma to be his girlfriend on October 4th. Five years later, Emma unknowingly planned her own proposal. Emma and Jack planned a trip to upstate New York to celebrate their five year anniversary. While they were on their trip, Jack surprised Emma at Lake Minnewaska State Park and asked her to marry him. As you can tell from the pictures, Emma was very surprised! Emma and Jack have spent the past few years growing up together, supporting each other at different college campuses, Emma’s graduate school, Jack’s late-night bartending shifts and early mornings at the Union Stadium and Lincoln Financial Field, and even through Emma’s internship in Dublin, Ireland. They were able to build a steady foundation during their busy schedules and are so excited to move forward with starting a life together. Jack’s family is originally from the UK, he was raised in Buckinghamshire and moved to the US when he was 8. Emma and Jack have decided to host their wedding in Somerset, England, near Jack’s family there. They are so thrilled to celebrate with their family and friends that mean the world to them!!!
