The Holiday Inn Express is down the road from the Courtyard and Residence Inn Marriotts. It is equidistant from our reception venue in Germantown as the Rhinebeck locations are. There is a one-night minimum and rates are $209 per night for a King/Double Queen room and $259 a night for a Suite. It is located directly on 9W/Ulster Avenue. Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck

In the center of Rhinebeck town, the Mirbeau is a beautiful new inn which gives all guests access to their spa amenities. It is 20 minutes to the reception location. It is right next to Beekman Arms and Delamater Inn. Further Details: The Mirbeau has 49 guest rooms, each with a fireplace, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and cozy robes! Since you are charged a Spa Fee of $24 a night you also have access to the Spa Amenities, which include: a eucalyptus-infused steam room, sauna, outdoor aqua terrace/jacuzzi, and fitness classes in their studio. Since it is high season there is a 50% deposit with a 14 day prior cancellation fee. They are presently allowing us to do a limited block of rooms until availability runs out. Unfortunately the room block is now full, but if you decided to book anyway, please still mention that you are a part of the Grieco/Glascott Wedding block so they can put this in the notes. Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn Rhinebeck

As America's oldest continuously operated hotel, the Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn is where FDR concluded every campaign for governor and president by giving a speech on the porch. This hotel is dog-friendly. Further details: There are two properties here. The first is the main Beekman Arms building, which dates back to 1766 and also houses the tavern/restaurant. Its rooms typically range from $309 to $390 & it sits directly in the center of town. The Delamater is a few blocks from the Beekman. It dates back to 1844 and is comprised of a few buildings. Rooms typically range from $289-$389 and are varied sizes. If you have any questions on which room to request, please ask the Grieco/Glascott family.

Due to Covid-related occupancy limitations and inflated hotel prices in the area, Airbnb is a great budget-friendly option. There are some beautiful Airbnb locations in Rhinebeck and the surrounding towns! Surrounding towns besides Rhinebeck that will also work well are: Germantown, Red Hook, Hudson, Tivoli, and Kingston.

Residence Inn by Marriott Kingston

This is equidistant from our reception venue in Germantown as the Rhinebeck hotel locations--about 20 minutes. There is no room block in our name, but plenty of rooms available as of 4/1. The current rate for rooms start at $336 for Marriott members and $354 for non-members. One night minimum.

The Courtyard by Marriott in Kingston is in the same parking lot as the Residence Inn Marriott. It is equidistant from our reception venue in Germantown as the Rhinebeck locations--about 20 minutes. There is a one-night minimum. Rates are $289 per night, depending on the room. It is close to the Thruway and on a main road for those traveling into town. There is a restaurant in the hotel.

Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel And Conference Center

The Best Western Kingston is a great option for a one-night stay. It is a little bit further from the venue than the other Kingston hotel locations at 25 minutes away. Rooms for a Saturday in June range from $250 to $350 depending on the room.

There will be a school bus available to take you to and from the wedding on Saturday if you are staying at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa, Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn, or The Holiday Inn Express Kingston-Ulster. Pick up times: Mirbeau is 3:35, Beekman & Delamater is 3:20, and the Holiday Inn is 3:30.
