Question
What Covid-19 precautions are being taken?
Answer
This event will be entirely outside. Upon arrival at the event, all guests will have to check in at the Covid table for the following: Temperature Check, Covid Exposure Screening & Questions, Signing of Venue Waiver Form, and for the guest to provide proof of vaccination or negative covid-19 test. All venue, catering, and other wedding staff will be tested or fully vaccinated prior to the event. Per current New York State guidelines, all guests are required to wear masks for the entirety of the event besides when they are eating/drinking sitting down at their tables. All guests can only sit at a table with their COVID bubble and dance within clearly marked dancing pods and only with your group. Bathrooms will be cleaned periodically during the event, as will any common surfaces like the bar, tables, etc.

Do I have to get a Covid-19 test before the event?
Answer
All guests must provide either a negative Covid-19 test or proof of vaccination in order to enter the event. If you opt for a standard PCR test, this should be done within 72 hours of the event. If a rapid test, it should be done within six hours of event. If you are flying or taking mass transit in, we’d prefer if the test was taken locally post-travel. If you have a recent vaccination, it must be two weeks after second dose to count as immunity. Otherwise, please provide a negative Covid test as well.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?
Answer
Due to lifting Covid restrictions, we will now have buses available. There will be a school bus to take you to and from the wedding on Saturday if you are staying at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa, Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn, or The Holiday Inn Express Kingston-Ulster. Pick up times: Mirbeau is 3:35, Beekman & Delamater is 3:20, and the Holiday Inn is 3:30.

Is the wedding reception outside?
Answer
The Vow Renewal Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will be outside and under a big tent on the lawn of A Private Estate overlooking the Hudson River. Please note this when picking our your shoes-- we don't want guests with ruined spiky heels!

Will I have to wear a mask at this event?
Answer
Yes, unless you are seated at socially distanced your table to eat or drink. We want to keep everyone safe!
