Fear not, other than clothes or shoes, we will take care of it. Just let us know what you need, and please let us know ASAP!
Please bring snacks like trail mix, granola bars, and things of that nature. We will provide dinner on Tuesday and all of the meals while we're in the backcountry. Heads up that we will need to distribute the food and cooking materials into everyone's packs so no one breaks their back on the hike in. Once we get the lodge, the owner who is also a gourmet chef will feed us!
We will provide water filtration. Please bring a camelbak or water bottle. And if you have a water filter, bring it!
We don't expect any gifts! But if you would like, we have set up a couple of funds you can contribute to.
No, you can leave your wedding outfit in the car, and we will do a car run on Friday afternoon once we get to the lodge.
We want everyone to come on the hike, so we are trying to make it as easy as possible, while also exploring the rugged mountainous terrain that we love. All of the rounds we are considering have about 6000 ft of elevation gain over the course of the three days. Trekking poles are highly recommended!
