Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country

The discounted room wedding block rate is now full and no longer available, but rooms can still be booked directly through the hotel. This is the hotel where Greg and Kate will be staying for the weekend, and it is the hotel where the shuttles will be picking guests up for the wedding at 2 pm and dropping them off after the wedding. PLEASE NOTE: The hotel website describes the rooms as "2 Room Suites," but this means that there is a bedroom and a living room. They do not have 2-bedroom suites at this hotel. Shuttle from Embassy Suites to the Ceremony

March 26, 2022 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Shuttles will depart from the Embassy Suites in Temecula at 2 p.m. to arrive at the ceremony and reception venue in Fallbrook by 2:40 p.m. The ceremony will start at 3 p.m. sharp. Return shuttles from Fallbrook to the Embassy Suites will begin running at 8:30 p.m. and will run every 30 minutes until 10 p.m. Uber/Lyft is hard to get in Fallbrook, so please do not expect to be able to rely on those options to return to Temecula after the reception.

We have also secured a limited amount of rooms for our wedding block at a discounted rate at this hotel. The rate (see link below) only applies to rooms that are booked for both Friday night March 25th and Saturday night March 26th. If you plan to stay for only one night, feel free to book your room directly through the hotel. The cutoff to book this hotel with our discount is February 25, 2022. After that date, all rooms will revert to the current hotel booking rate. Here is the link to book a room in our block:
