FAQs

Question

In light of the global pandemic, are you making any changes to your wedding plan?

Answer

We have implemented COVID requirements for all attendees. Please review them on the 'Home' page of our website. Requirements include testing, vaccination & masks. We are making additional space between tables & chairs.

Question

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

Our venue for both ceremony and reception is Grand Tradition Estate in Fallbrook, CA. The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm, so please plan to arrive by 2:30pm. Champagne will be waiting for you.

Question

What's the best way to get the the venue?

Answer

We will have pre-arranged shuttle transportation from the Embassy Suites Temecula to Grand Tradition Estate (details available on the Travel page). You can also drive to the venue and there is ample free parking. It is strongly advised to not rely on Uber or Lyft. Fallbrook is a small town in a relatively rural area, so it's unlikely there will be many available ride share options.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire.

Question

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are both fully outdoor events. The reception is in a covered pavilion and will have heat lamps if it gets chilly. One side of the tent is fully open and two other will have vents opened for increased air circulation.

Question

Can I take photos/videos and post them?

Answer

Yes! Except... During the ceremony, we kindly ask that phones, cameras and other devices be turned off and put away. Our goal is to have everyone fully present with us in that moment. We have chosen excellent photographers to capture the ceremony and we will share those images with anyone who would like copies. Before and after the ceremony, go wild! And don't forget to use our hashtag #GregTakestheKate

Question

What local hotels do you recommend?

Answer

We have a room block with a limited number of rooms available at the Embassy Suites in Temecula. Please check out the Travel tab for more information and additional stay options.

Question

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely. Please let us know your allergies/restrictions when you return your RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will have the number of places we've reserved in your honor.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, we've cancelled our welcome dinner on Friday evening. Everyone is invited to a farewell breakfast Sunday morning at 9 am at the Embassy Suites. Please see the Schedule tab for more information.

Question

What is the weather like in Fallbrook in March?

Answer

It should be comfortable during the day but can get chilly in the evenings.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes. There is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the ceremony space, however golf carts will be available for those that need assistance.

Question

I have more questions, who can I contact?

Answer

Up until the week before the wedding, please feel free to contact Kate at 312-315-3669 or Greg at 310-927-1412. In the lead up to the wedding, we will provide our wonderful planner's information here. For any COVID related questions, please contact Lauren Hough at woodhillweddingCOVID19@gmail.com.
