where and when do I RSVP?

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive and be seated a few minutes prior.

is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at Howard County Conservancy. There is a short walk on grass, gravel, and paved sidewalks between the parking lot, ceremony space, and reception building.

is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors in Theresa's Garden on the Howard County Conservancy grounds. Our reception will be in the Gudelsky Environmental Education Center, also on the Conservancy grounds. What should I wear?

Answer

This is a formal event -- suits and midi or full length cocktail dresses are great. Think: summer garden party. The ceremony will be on the lawn, and we expect you to be ready to dance the night away, so please choose your footwear accordingly! Still not sure what to wear? are kids invited?

All guests are listed on the invitation! We would love to have everyone there, but please refer to the names listed on your invite.

All guests listed on the invitations are invited. Please refrain from extending that to anyone else.

is there a hotel block?

Answer

The majority of our guests are local. As such we ask that you find your own accommodations as needed. Refer to our travel page for suggested hotel locations!

may i take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony! Please leave your phones in your pockets, bags, or cars during that time. We will make sure to share photos taken by our professional photography team after the wedding!
