What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

You're welcome to arrive to the venue at 4:30pm at the absolutely earliest to mix, mingle and enjoy a welcome drink on us, but we ask that guests arrive to the venue no later than 4:45pm to give yourself adequate time to find your seats. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm and we will not allow any latecomers. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. The cocktail hour will be outdoors. We will have a designated room for coat drop-off for your convenience!

Does your venue offer parking?

Answer

Our venue doesn’t have on-site parking, but there are plenty of transportation options nearby! The closest paid parking garage is Colonial Parking Garage (2421 18th St NW, Washington, DC 20009 - approximately 11 minutes walking). There is also limited street parking located nearby. We encourage guests to use rideshare apps, taxis, or public transit or park at the Sonesta Select in Arlington, VA and use the shuttle service.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal! Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits and ties, and ladies are asked to wear floor-length dresses or tasteful pantsuits. Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (18+). We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Will you provide transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will provide shuttle service to and from the wedding from our hotel block in Arlington, Virginia. The shuttle service is also available for guests who would prefer to park at or near the hotel.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

To keep our day personal and intimate, we’re only able to include those guests named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with our closest family and friends.

When and where can I RSVP?

Answer

You will be able to RSVP directly through our website approximately 2 months before our wedding date. All you will need to do is search your name and indicate which events you will be attending. If you received a save the date, and are having issues with your RSVP, please let us know!
