Welcome Party

ATTIRE: The welcome party will be casual, so wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
ABOUT: A chance to grab a drink, visit, and take in the beautiful river views before the big day. LOCATION: The Hastings American Legion is a five-minute walk from the Confluence Hotel. Feel free to take the scenic route along the river bike path or stroll down Main Street.

Ceremony

ATTIRE: We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits or button down shirts with dress pants and a tie. For women, floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are appropriate. LOCATION: The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Terrace, the gravel area behind the hotel overlooking the Mississippi River. In case of inclement weather, it will move indoors to the Grand Ballroom on the second floor. OTHER DETAILS: We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please put away phones and cameras so you can be fully present and enjoy this special moment with us.
Cocktail Hour

LOCATION: The cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the Vista Deck, a spacious deck located next to the Terrace. In the event of inclement weather, the cocktail hour will move indoors to the Grand Ballroom on the second floor of the venue. FOOD + DRINKS: Passed appetizers and champagne will be served, along with an open bar featuring signature cocktails.
Reception

LOCATION: The reception will take place indoors in the Grand Ballroom on the second floor of the Confluence Hotel, located just above the lobby FOOD + DRINKS: Dinner will be served based on your RSVP selection, along with a full service bar. Cake will be offered for dessert, followed by a late night pizza for snacks. ABOUT: The ceremony will include speeches from the wedding party, dinner, dancing, and more! ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: The food options include a gluten free and vegetarian meal. If you have an allergy or dietary need not covered by these options, please select “Other Allergy or Dietary Need,” and Gracie will follow up with you to identify an alternative. Please note that the Confluence Hotel features a full‑service, award‑winning restaurant, and Gracie will work with you to help identify a safe and suitable menu option at the restaurant. ABOUT: Let's keep the party going! Join us for the after party at Scabs Place in Prescott, WI. TRANSPORTATION: A complimentary shuttle will run between the bar and hotel throughout the night. The first pickup from the hotel starts at 10 PM, and the final return trip from the bar leaves at 2 AM. LOCATION: Scabs is located in Prescott, WI, which is the next town on the Mississippi River and St. Croix River.
