Our goal is to host the best wedding you'll attend all year (maybe even all decade!), but we also care deeply about keeping everyone safe. We recognize we're in a COVID climate and will aim to do our very best to balance fun and safety. To do so, we ask that our guests are fully vaccinated prior to attending our wedding. If you cannot or do not plan to be fully vaccinated before our wedding, we ask that you provide proof of a negative COVID test taken no more than 72 hours prior. There are a number of free testing resources available in Nashville. You can find more information about local testing options at covid19.tn.gov/testing-sites/ We have guests who will be in attendance who are high risk and their safety is our number one priority. We appreciate your help in creating a safe environment for everyone in attendance. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our plan, please contact Meghan via email (meghanmgrace@gmail.com) to discuss further.
Please RSVP by Thanksgiving (11/25). We would be incredibly thankful if you did!
Nashville weather is erratic year-round and late December is no exception. Keep an eye on the weather a week or so out, but plan for layers--It could be 60 degrees or 18 degrees. For reference, we went on a hike with 65 degree and sunny weather on 1/1/2021 but needed gloves and a scarf for a walk 3 days later.
Formal/cocktail attire is encouraged, but don't be shy about leaning into some New Year's Eve fashion. The is the night for glitz, glam, and sparkle.
Yes, please let us know as soon as possible. Please send any dietary restrictions to Meghan via email at meghanmgrace@gmail.com.
The parking at our ceremony and reception venue is limited. If possible, please carpool or plan to take a rideshare.
Your presence is a gift enough! If you wish to gift, our registry is through our site on Zola, as well as Target, and Amazon. We have registered for some house-related items, but also have cash funds.
The church service, ceremony, and reception venue are all located on the ground floor and accessible. If you have any questions about the venue layouts, please contact Meghan via email at meghanmgrace@gmail.com.
We plan to start the ceremony at 7 pm, so please arrive by 6:45 pm. Dinner, drinks, and dancing will follow shortly after the ceremony.
Transportation to and from hotels to the ceremony/reception is not provided. We encourage carpooling and using rideshare services (i.e Lyft, Uber) as parking is limited at OZARI. If using ridesharing services, since it is a holiday weekend, we strongly suggest pre-scheduling your rides to avoid long waits or surge pricing.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We love your little ones, but our ceremony and reception might be better suited for kids aged 5 or older. For the kiddos joining us, we'll have a glass of sparkling apple cider with your name on it! If you are coming from out of town and interested in getting more information about Nashville-based childcare, please email Meghan at meghanmgrace@gmail.com.
Of course! But we kindly request that the ceremony remain unplugged. We can't wait to spend time with you, not your phone. We are also working with the wonderful Mandy Liz for photography, but we want to see your snaps of the day as well! Please feel free to share using the hashtag #NewYearNewlyWebs
