Albany International Airport (ALB) is the closest airport, 1 hour away by car. Additional airports include: Burlington Airport (BTV) - 2.5 hours away by car Bradley Airport (BDL) - 2.5 hours away by car Boston Airport (BOS) - 3 hours away by car If you are flying, we highly recommend renting a car. If you choose not to rent a car, you may be able to take an Uber or taxi from the airport to your hotel. Please contact your hotel to arrange your return transportation to the airport. Please also note that Uber will likely be limited once you get to Vermont.

West Mountain Inn

We have a very limited number of rooms available at the West Mountain Inn, our wedding venue, for family and our wedding party to stay onsite. However, the inn is ours for the weekend for all of our guests to enjoy--feel free to come by at any point over the weekend to enjoy the inn grounds and amenities!

The shuttle will be making stops along the following route: in Manchester- Hampton Inn; in Sunderland- Arcady Motor Lodge; in Arlington- Arlington Inn. Please note that there is not room for parking at the venue and uber is mostly unavailable, so please plan to take the shuttle. The shuttle schedule is as follows: 2:40 – 2:50 pm Manchester Hampton Inn 2:55 – 3:05 pm Arcady Lodge 3:15 – 3:25pm Arlington Inn 3:30 pm arrival West Mountain Inn Return trips at 10pm & 11pm Last return at 12:30am (stop at Millhouse)

Arlington Inn

We have a room block at the Arlington Inn through May 16, after then reservations open up to the general public (although you may still be able to book a room). The Arlington Inn is the closest to the wedding venue. The Arlington Inn has a country Vermont vibe, each room is a bit different and the chef is quite talented. In order to book, visit the website, choose 2 or 3 possible rooms, then call the proprietor, Elizabeth Berger at 802-375-6532. Tell her you are with Group 910WED. She will confirm your room and hold it with a credit card. As of the pandemic, she will save your card but not charge it until you check out.

We have a room block at the Hampton Inn through the end of July. We have several king and queen rooms at the rate of $259 a night. Tell the reservations clerk that you are reserving as part of the Brody-Talib wedding on September 9-11.

We have also arranged for a block of rooms at the Arcady Mountain Motor Lodge. It is a newly remodeled family-owned motel between Manchester and Arlington, use the code Grace0910 when booking. Rooms there are available for $140 a night. The rooms appear as unavailable when you try to book online, so you'll have to call to make a reservation.
