We have reserved the following hotel blocks to assist with booking your accommodations. Madison is a college town, so AirBnbs are limited. These hotels are all downtown to be close the venue; hotels outside of the downtown area will be cheaper. PSA: PARKING DOWNTOWN WILL BE VERY LIMITED. Due to the busy weekend, parking will likely be hard to come by. For those staying in hotels downtown, they are all within walking distance and we recommend walking to the venue. For those driving in, we recommend Ubering if possible. Let us know if you have any issues or questions!

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is the Madison airport and about 20 minutes to downtown; however, it's small, so flights can be a bit pricier and schedules more limited. Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is bigger and about 1.5 hours from Madison. Chicago O'hare International Airport (ORD) is even bigger and about 2 hours from Madison. Buses run regularly between both MKE and ORD and Madison.
