What should I wear?

Be comfortable and ready to party - have fun with it! To give it a name, "festive cocktail attire," but think olde romance with a modern twist.

Will it be "cold"?

Answer

It shouldn't be... but we can make no promises. Average highs are in the high-70s to low-80s; average lows are in the mid-50s. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside under a tent overlooking Lake Mendota, so it is very likely there will be at least some wind.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

When should I arrive for the ceremony? What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

With the ceremony beginning at 3:30 pm, we'd love for everyone to join us for a pre-ceremony drink and mingling at 3:00 pm. A cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony with the reception beginning at 5:30 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm, and we invite you to party and celebrate with us until 11:00 pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Madison natives know this is a very busy weekend; downtown will be packed and parking will be tough. We highly recommend taking an Uber to the venue so you don't have worry about finding a spot. Those staying at any of the downtown hotels will easily be within walking distance.
