Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, this is an adults-only wedding as we want this to be your night out as well!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire for the welcome event is casual, but for the wedding and reception we ask that it be semi-formal

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says “and Guest”, then yes you may, if not we would prefer if it’s just you. If your family has been invited, we prefer it would just be your family members attending the event. If you have any questions about guests and attending, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

How do I fill out the RSVP card?

Answer

There are four menu options for dinner - chicken, salmon, surf & turf and vegetarian. Please either list all guests names that are attending their choice of dinner, or write their name above the options so we know what they prefer. We will send a final list of all dinner choices to the venue for table assignments

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes please refer to the Travel page for additional hotels in the nearby area should the venue be fully booked for the weekend. We will have a shuttle pick up guests 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time if at a specific hotel all together.

Is there parking onsite at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in the front and rear sides of the hotels for guests to use, but please be safe when driving after the event! Uber and Lyft are available in Newport for your consideration

What are the protocols for the wedding with the pandemic?

Answer

The hotel does not have any set protocols pertaining to masks or social distancing for the ceremony or reception. We are asking however that everyone be smart and safe leading up to the wedding and if you have been exposed or feel any symptoms to be respectful of our other guests and their health.
