Josh and Grace got Koda when they were living in Nepal. If you haven't heard the story, Josh saw a cute little puppy walking with it's owner on the streets in Pokhara (a rare site as Nepali's don't usually walk their dogs), and asked where it came from. The man took Josh to the breeder who was breeding dogs for the Nepali army and he said Koda was the last one but they were going to put him on the street because he was "the lazy one". Josh knew he wouldn't survive the streets so he took him and when Grace got off the bus from teaching that day, put Koda in her arms and that was that. Koda, born in Nepal, has travelled to Israel, Germany, through India, all the way to America. He's road tripped across the US and seen more of the world than most people. Lucky dog.
