We suggest guests consider Airbnbs/Vrbos before checking out the hotels. We have attached the link to the available Airbnbs in West Jefferson, NC checking in on 08/28 and departing on 08/30. Guests must make sure they change the dates if they are coming in earlier or staying later. If you know other guests attending, we HIGHLY suggest large groups book an Airbnb.

Shuttle

If you are interested in taking the Provided Shuttles, we have two waves leaving from The Holiday Inn. Depending on interest, we may have one shuttle run to and from the West Jefferson Hotel. We will email all updates regarding the shuttles, so please copy & paste the link below to reserve your spot. Heading to the Barn on New River: Block 1 (28 people): 2 Vans arrive at 2:15PM at the Holiday Inn and will depart at 2:30PM to head to the venue. Block 2 (28 people): 2 Vans arrive at 3:00PM at the Holiday Inn and will depart at 3:15PM to head to the venue. Heading back to The Holiday Inn: Block 1 (14 people): 1 van will depart The Barn on New River at 9PM. Arrival to the Holiday Inn will be around 9:20PM. Block 2 (42 people): 3 remaining vans will begin loading to return back to the Holiday Inn around 10:30PM. Final call to get a ride back on the vans will be at 10:50PM so they can depart before 11PM. Vans will likely arrive back at The Holiday Inn around 11:20PM. The Shuttles we be on a first come, first serve basis, with accommodation for elderly relatives first. We know many of our guests will be staying at Airbnbs, may not want to drive to the venue or the Holiday Inn to catch the shuttle, and would like to relax and enjoy a drink without worrying about driving home. Therefore, below are links to private car services throughout our area. You should plan on being picked up at the end of the night by 10:30-10:45PM. These are small businesses with limited capacity, so groups/couples need to book private cars/taxis ASAP!
