Bride
From Greenwich CT, Grace moved to Boston in 2011 to study at BU. Shortly before graduation, she met Chris and so the start of 10 years together began! With Chris's support, Grace completed her masters degree at Harvard, research at MIT, and finally transitioned into the corporate world with Safety Partners. Since the move to NC, Grace is working to expand Safety Partners services into the NC biotech community!
Groom
From Malden MA, Chris took on the role of printer at his family's print shop 'Hillside Press' after high school and worked closely with his brothers and father for many years. After meeting Grace, Chris helped support her through her masters program while starting a home improvement contracting business of his own; 'Micheli Home Improvement' (MHI). Chris is now taking the success of MHI from Boston and bringing it to NC!
Maid of Honor
From Martinsburg WV, Brittany met Grace during their freshmen year at BU where they quickly became fast friends and by Junior year, roommates. They stayed roommates through graduation and for 1 crazy year in Allston MA, before Brittany moved to CT to complete her masters at UConn. A few short years later, Grace helped Brittany pack her things and move from CT to NE! With the exciting news of Grace's move to NC, Brittany packed up her things (2 dogs & 1 cat) and joined Grace in NC just months later :)
Best Man
From Malden MA, Jimmy is Chris' only older brother. With only 1 year age difference, they have been close friends ever since they were little. They worked side by side together at Hillside Press for years after high school, when Jimmy took a leap and moved to FL to be with his future wife. Jimmy now works as a partner at Sanford Verticals in FL, and him and his wife have 3 beautiful children (1 girl, 2 boys) with their 4th joining us shortly (January 2025)!
Bridesmaid
From Tokyo Japan, Jay met Grace their sophomore year at BU during their study abroad program in France, where they became close friends all the way through graduation. After BU, Jay moved back to Japan to start work in the biomedical device industry. Although they were on opposite sides of the world, Jay came to visit Grace in Boston each year and stay connected through late night/early morning video chats. Grace was finally able to return the favor and visit Jay in her home country of Japan, where they celebrated their 30th birthdays together!
Groomsman
From Malden MA, Nicky is Chris' first younger brother and long time co-worker at Hillside Press. With a degree in graphic design, Nicky has managed all digital design and printing aspects of the business. 2024 was an eventful year for both Chris and Nicky, as Nicky not only became engaged to his longtime girlfriend, but also found out they will be expecting their first child in July 2025!
Bridesmaid
From Richboro PA, Maddie is Grace's cousin through her father's side. Being less than a year apart in age, Maddie and Grace were as close as can be growing up, despite only seeing each other a few times a year for major holidays. From PA to Hoboken, and from NJ to Dallas TX, Maddie and Grace have always made time to get together and stay connected. Currently working in event marketing, Maddie lives with her fiance, 2 cats and dog and will be celebrating her own wedding this upcoming May!
Groomsman
From Malden MA, Anthony is Chris' youngest brother and the youngest of all the Micheli siblings. Like all the Micheli men, Anthony and Chris share a love of classic cars and spent many hours together working on Anthony's 1970 Dodge Dart. Anthony (lovingly referred to as Uncle Macky) is a fan favorite by all the nieces and nephews, and has been known to dress in blow up Halloween costumes for their entertainment.
Bridesmaid
From Richboro PA, Chloe is also Grace's cousin and the younger sister of bridesmaid Maddie. Being an only child, Grace never had a younger sibling to watch grow up, so seeing Chloe go from a little ballerina to a fire hula hooper raver has been an amazing experience! Chloe has always had a big heart and a compassionate soul, and is now taking that positivity in the world through her work with social services and DV advocacy.
Groomsman
From Tewksbury MA, Michael is a childhood friend of Chris'. Growing up Chris and his family moved in next door to Michaels aunt Lee (aka I-YI), making it very easy for Chris and his brothers and Michael, along with his brother and sister to spend the summer days running around the neighborhood playing games until the street lights came on. They have remained close over the years and still get together (when they have the time) just to catch up and spend some time together.
