Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)

Even though we live in the mountains, we still live in civilization! The Asheville airport (AVL) has direct flights from Boston, New York, Dallas, Philadelphia and more, however we recommend purchasing your tickets ASAP since direct flights are limited and can sell out quickly. The AVL airport was not damaged by hurricane Helene, however the airport renovations have been put on hold for the foreseeable future. This means that you will most likely be deboarding the plane outdoors on the tarmac upon arrival; please notify the flight staff before your departure if any assistance is needed upon arrival (ex: wheelchair/strollers). There are a few different rental car options located at the AVL airport, as well as a dedicated area for Uber/Lyft pickups. Be sure to coordinate with your friends/family when you're arriving, as the airport is <30 minutes away from downtown and is easily accessible for pickup/drop offs. The Cove at Fairview

The Cove at Fairview offers six rental houses. All of the houses are conveniently located on our beautiful 24 acres. The property has numerous places to sit and renew yourself in the tranquility of nature – porches, decks, picnic tables, swings, hammocks… The property also hosts a hobby farm including horses, chickens (enjoy fresh eggs), goats, mini donkeys, cats and Koi Fish.

Pets love the farm with the ability to take long walks either on leash or off. No part of the farm is off limits.
