Hike with the Groom

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Comfy Hiking Attire, Hat, Sunscreen, Water

We will be hiking the Rubicon Trail along the beautiful blue waters of Lake Tahoe from D.L. Bliss State Park to the mouth of Emerald Bay, and back. The wedding party hikers will target about 2.5 miles each way, in order to get back to Truckee by 12:00. A moderate/easy climb the first half mile, then pretty smooth elevation. Others will have the option to turn back sooner, or keep hiking all the way into Emerald Bay and back on your own. SCHEDULE If you are in Truckee- 7:45 AM Meet Friday at Wild Cherries in Truckee for coffee and bagel/muffin 8:00 AM Sharp. We will caravan/carpool from Wild Cherries. 45 min drive. Everyone else meeting DL Bliss State park 8:45 AM. 9:00 AM Sharp, Start hike D.L Bliss State Park, upper parking lot, before the pay gates.

Shuttle Service by Reno Tahoe Limousine

3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Our event location is nestled in the valley of the Little Truckee River about 30 minutes north of downtown Truckee. AKA, out in the middle of nowhere in the mountains. We will be providing a shuttle service to pick up you up and drop you off. Pick up will be begin at 2:45pm at the Rec Center address above. You can leave your car parked here and jump on the shuttle to ride to the Wedding. Shuttle will depart at 3:00pm SHARP. Shuttle ride is about 30 minutes. Shuttles back to your car after the wedding will begin at 9:15pm from Dancing Pines. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes with the last one departing the wedding at 11:00pm.
