There are many different hotels within the same business park in Springfield/Eugene near the Gateway mall, including the Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard Marriott, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Suites, La Quinta. We will have a shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn. While there are no specific hotel blocks, please see below for details regarding best pricing!

Shuttle from Hilton Garden Inn to the ceremony site!

A shuttle will pick up guests from the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:30pm and transport to the ceremony and reception site. The shuttle will make two return trips at 8:30pm and 9:30pm back to the Hilton. Anyone wanting to drive separately, there is space for parking at the venue! However, it is a 25-30 minute drive and there are NO UBERS/LYFTS, so if planning to imbibe please consider using our shuttle :)
