Question
Is there a shuttle to the ceremony?
Answer
We have rented a shuttle that will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn and travel to and from the venue. The bus will leave the hotel at 3:30pm to arrive at the venue at 4:00pm. The bus will return to the hotel at 8:30pm and then again at 9:30pm. You are welcome to leave your car in the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot to use the shuttle. We highly encourage use of the shuttle given limited parking space, and unlimited access to the open bar.

When should I RSVP by?

RSVP's have not yet gone out, we will update this when we send out invitations. Once released, we will request RSVP's by June 1st, 2025!

Can I bring a date?

If stated on your invitation, yes you are welcome to bring a plus one! We appreciate your understanding in trying to keep the guest count under the venue limit! Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Wear whatever inspires you, anything from dressy casual to black tie (a bold choice in July...). Please dress for July weather, lawn games, walking on grass, and dancing!

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Guests can arrive starting at 4:00. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30!

While we adore all children, our wedding will be adult oriented and we request that you leave your little ones at home. We appreciate your understanding! Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! They are listed in the Travel section of our wedding website! We will have a shuttle to pick folks up from the Hilton Garden Inn, there are about 4 hotels within 1 block from this hotel which we would recommend. Let us know if you have any questions!

What if I have a food allergy?
Answer
There will be dietary preferences option on your RSVP, though please reach out to us if you have any concerns or special requests! We will do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony?
Answer
There is parking at the ceremony and reception site! However, the venue is about 25 minutes outside of Eugene. Feel free to use our shuttle! More details below and on the Travel page!
