If you're feeling adventurous, take a thrilling zipline ride over the Ottawa River between Ontario and Quebec—the first and only zipline in the world that connects two provinces! (Fun Fact: Meghan bought her first home in Gatineau, Quebec 1 month before meeting Godwin)
Party mode is officially activated - Dress to impress! If you're able to stay awake past 10:00 p.m. (unlike the Bride and Groom) Med Supper Club is a luxurious Mediterranean-inspired restaurant by day and party scene by night created for the 30+ crowd who still like to have a fun night out on the town!
Visit Landsdowne Park and do a little taste testing of the samples from the Farmer's Market (Sunday mornings only), catch a movie at the Cineplex or check the game schedule to catch an Athletico Ottawa soccer match at TD Place stadium - the Groom can probably hook you up with some tickets!
Go for a hike at Pink Lake in Gatineau! The Pink Lake Trail is an easy 2.3-km loop around the lake, that most people can do in about an hour. It's a wonderful hike with a great view of the blue-green lake. Despite having the name “Pink,” the lake is actually green. It is named after the Pink family who settled the land in 1826. There are two free parking lots, one at the lookout and one at the Pink Lake Trail.
