What is the date and time of the ceremony?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Please arrive no later than 3:15 p.m. to ensure you don’t miss anything! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where is the wedding taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at the Brookstreet Hotel, located at 525 Legget Drive, Ottawa, ON, K2K 3B8, Canada. The reception will follow at the same location.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We request that guests wear formal attire. Please refrain from wearing white and light blue. Ladies: All pathways and the pavilion are paved - no need to worry about your heels sinking in the grass!

Is there onsite parking available?
Answer
Yes, there is complimentary on-site parking either outdoors or in a climate controlled, underground garage for all guests attending the wedding (with or without guestrooms).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be a combination! The ceremony will be held outdoors on the pavilion, cocktail hour will be held on the indoor/outdoor patio, and the reception will be in the ballroom.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cellphones in your purse or pockets during the ceremony. We have hired a fantastic photographer and videographer to capture every detail of the wedding and we will be sharing those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to take as many photos as your phone storage allows!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Your plus one has been linked to your invite. If your invitation includes a plus-one, please feel free to RSVP for the two of you at the same time. If you're unsure or need to clarify, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly via email at addai9096@gmail.com.

What if I have a dietary need or food allergies?
Answer
We want everyone to enjoy the meal, so if you have any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or specific preferences (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), please let us know when you RSVP or let us know directly via email at addai9096@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure there’s something delicious for you. Your health and comfort is our priority.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
In lieu of a traditional gift registry, the bride and groom have chosen to establish a cash fund to help them begin their new life together. Should you wish to provide a monetary gift, please send an e-transfer (EFT) to addai9096@gmail.com. Alternatively, there will be a card box at the reception.
