Shuttle

Shuttle Service

September 26, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:45 pm

Shuttle transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard. To the venue: A shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:40 p.m., arriving at the venue around 4:00 p.m. Return transportation: At 10:00 p.m., the shuttle will pick up guests from the venue and first stop at the after-party at AJ’s Grayton Beach (arrival around 10:15 p.m.). Guests returning to the hotel will remain on the shuttle during this stop, as it will then continue on for its final drop-off at the hotel around 10:40 p.m.

Airports

For those flying in, we recommend checking out two convenient airport options: Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City Beach. Both airports offer rental car services and access to Uber or Lyft. The venue and hotel blocks are about 45 minutes from either airport.
