Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 4:10 p.m. to find their seats and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Vue on 30A.

Question

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes, shuttle transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard. Shuttles will depart at 3:40 p.m., arriving at the venue at 4:00 p.m.. Return service will begin at 10:00 p.m., with a stop at the after party, and continue on to the hotel.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

On-site parking is available at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave vehicles overnight; kindly plan to retrieve them by 10:00 a.m. the following morning. An overflow lot is also available across the street.

What is the dress code?

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire We kindly invite guests to dress in cocktail attire. As we’ll be celebrating by the beach, feel free to embrace coastal-inspired touches—think linen, airy fabrics, and light, summery hues.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We'd love for everyone to bring that special someone, but unfortunately, space is limited. Please only bring a plus one if your invitation indicates it. Thanks for understanding!

Are kids invited?

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the beach. If Mother Nature has other plans, we'll move the ceremony under the venue's covered terrace. Cocktail hour and dancing will also be held under the covered terrace, and dinner will be indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Come thirsty. We'll have an open bar flowing all night–cheers to that!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

No problem at all! When you RSVP, you’ll be prompted to select your plated meal. At that time, please indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies so we can accommodate you accordingly.
